Dr. Cynthia Wagner Weick will give insight on the botanical characteristics and conservation efforts for the Monterey cypress. She’ll also talk about the influence this tree has had on 19th and 20th century artists. This meeting will be held at Monterey Museum of Art, La Mirada location. Coffee at 9:30am followed by lecture at 10:00am.
